GIFT CARD Terms of Service

​• ⁠Redeemable within 1 year from the date of issue or as stated in the voucher. Not valid during peak or blackout dates (e.g., Nyepi, Christmas, New Year’s Eve) unless otherwise approved by the hotel.
• Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
• To redeem, please contact our Reservations team via WhatsApp

• The original gift card must be presented upon check-in or before dining.
• Each gift card is valid for one-time use only.
• Not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• If the voucher value does not cover the total bill at the time of redemption, the difference must be settled by the guest.
• Any unused balance is non-refundable and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
• Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
• Desa Eko is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, or expired vouchers.
• Desa Eko reserves the right to refuse redemption if the voucher is altered, duplicated, or if the terms are not met.
