4. Nusa Penida's far side, wild quiet
Penida's Instagram cliffs now draw crowds, but the island's eastern and southern reaches stay raw: empty roads, epic coastline, guesthouses run by families. This is quiet with an adventurous edge. Infrastructure is thin, and that is the fee.
